📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and other services available in Bali.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Assist with any special requests or needs our guests may have.
• Promote Foundever's services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of service is maintained.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
