📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and negotiate MEP and Fire Fighting contracts for data centre projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive contract documentation, including schedules, specifications, and change orders.
Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are met and address any concerns or issues.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in data centre projects.
Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, project progress, and financial performance.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals for new projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and contracts management, preferably in the data centre or infrastructure sector.
Proven track record in managing MEP and Fire Fighting contracts for large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project management methodologies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
