📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Coordinate with our technical team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Use diagnostic tools like Autel MaxiLink and Snap-on to provide accurate service recommendations.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience from the initial consultation to the final delivery of the vehicle.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Manage customer expectations and communicate any potential delays or issues transparently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair processes.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools like Autel MaxiLink and Snap-on.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent is a plus.
