📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in staff training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
