📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their banking needs,Ensure the accuracy and security of all financial transactions,Maintain a clean and organized work environment,Follow all company policies and procedures,Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities,Assist in the opening and closing of the bank's cash drawer,Provide information and guidance on banking products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with banking software and systems,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus,Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations,Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
