We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, AML Compliance to join our team. This is a remote position based in Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Compliance, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective AML programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement AML policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Monitor and analyze transactions and activities to identify and mitigate money laundering risks.,Conduct due diligence on customers and business partners to assess and manage risks.,Train employees on AML compliance and conduct regular awareness programs.,Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address AML concerns and resolve issues.,Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports for regulatory audits and inspections.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff and other departments on AML compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in AML compliance, preferably in a financial institution or regulated industry.,Strong knowledge of AML laws and regulations in Indonesia and other relevant jurisdictions.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with AML software and tools, such as AML screening systems and case management platforms.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
