📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.,Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for all vehicles, working closely with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.,Track and manage vehicle usage, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, repairs, and usage.,Conduct regular inspections of all vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
