📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.,Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's operational needs and budget requirements.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, quality, and delivery times to ensure compliance with company standards.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to optimize procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation skills.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
