📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles, with a focus on positions requiring Mandarin language proficiency.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the recruitment team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a Mandarin-speaking environment.
• Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with recruitment software such as Jobvite, Bullhorn, or similar tools.
