📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest service and hospitality in our luxury villas, ensuring every guest feels valued and pampered.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with a high level of attention to detail, from arranging special amenities to coordinating transportation.
• Assist with villa setup, including arranging flowers, setting the table, and preparing the villa for guest arrival.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure the villa is immaculate and ready for guest arrival.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests, addressing any concerns or needs promptly and professionally.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the villa, ensuring a pristine environment for guests.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up for special occasions and ensuring all details are perfect.
• Promote a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere, making every guest feel like part of the Brown Feather Hotel family.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality role, preferably in a butler or concierge position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of local languages such as Indonesian or Balinese is a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in Bali or another tropical destination is a plus.
• Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.
