📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate data entry tasks for the team.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entries.,Train and mentor junior data entry staff on best practices and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the data entry team.,Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the data entry process.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.,Prepare and present reports on data entry activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related role.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong knowledge of data management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
