📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
