📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff members in logistics best practices and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
