📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and related documents.,Support the HR department in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
