• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning, ensuring all rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Use modern cleaning tools and equipment, including vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and upholstery cleaners.
• Maintain and restock linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to strict time management and productivity standards to meet daily cleaning targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
