DRIFT Abadi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and we are seeking a motivated individual who can drive sales growth in the Banjarmasin area and beyond. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and business partners.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
