📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our guests.,Coordinate with the event planning team to gather information and prepare necessary materials for the banquet.,Assist in setting up and decorating the banquet venue, ensuring it is ready for the event.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and in the correct quantities.,Assist in cleaning and preparing the banquet venue for the next event after the event has concluded.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area at all times, ensuring it is presentable for guests.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of all guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning and coordination tasks.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
