📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and negotiate MEP and Fire Fighting contracts for data centre projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive contract documentation, including schedules, specifications, and change orders.
• Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are met and address any concerns or issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in data centre projects.
• Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, project progress, and financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and proposals for new projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and contracts management, preferably in the data centre or infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record in managing MEP and Fire Fighting contracts for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
