📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress using tools like Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar.
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including schedules, cost estimates, and technical specifications.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
• Proven experience in managing building and civil projects in Bali or similar tropical environments.
• Certification in Construction Management (e.g., PMP, CMAP, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
