Apotek Putri Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related reports and documents.,Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as payroll systems and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
