📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Support bank operations by processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their banking needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and preparing reports as required.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  • Assist in training new employees and providing guidance on banking procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the banking department.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or banking role, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of banking procedures and financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software and financial tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and practices.
