📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software engineers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content for quality and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and troubleshooting guides

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
