📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of baristas and staff to maintain high standards of coffee preparation and customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain smooth operations.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and ensure all products are displayed attractively.,Promote upselling and cross-selling of coffee products to increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in coffee.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in coffee or hospitality are a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
