📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for projects and contracts.,Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine material and labor costs.,Prepare and submit cost reports, variance analyses, and other financial documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address cost-related issues.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost estimation and quantity surveying.,Provide training and support to junior estimators and quantity surveyors as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying.,Proficient in using cost estimation software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry and regulations is a plus.
