📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
