📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs
  • Coordinating with internal teams to schedule interviews and follow-ups
  • Providing feedback to candidates and assisting them throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
