UNITY Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Finance Admin to join our team in Kupang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administrative tasks, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process and verify all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.,Coordinate with accounting and auditing teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.,Supervise and mentor junior finance and administrative staff.,Ensure all financial data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance administration.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
