Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote our products and services, and to provide excellent customer support.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services.,Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that our customers are satisfied and our sales targets are met.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Self-motivated, hardworking, and customer-focused.
