📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations,Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the planning and execution of employee development initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
