📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and mentor a team of employees,Coordinate with other departments to ensure project completion,Monitor performance and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Organize and plan team activities and events,Maintain a safe and productive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role,Proven track record of successful team management,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures,Familiarity with basic office software and tools,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Fluency in Indonesian and English
