Resto Joko Cafe & Coffee is looking for a motivated Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ngawi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and product quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve departmental and company goals.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and have good English communication skills.
