Diamond Shop Lestari is seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and optimizing the supply chain processes.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts with suppliers.,Assist in the organization and management of warehouse operations.,Participate in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.,Provide administrative support to the supply chain manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
