📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked store.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and customer service standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of English is a plus.,Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
