In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing financial insights to support our business decisions. You'll use industry-standard tools like SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero to manage our financial data. With your strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you'll help us achieve our financial goals and drive the success of PD NISTO MOTOR.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Provide financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
